State BJP Govt involved in Mangalore Home Stay attack; Bhatkal Congress

Bhatkal - 03 Aug 2012: As a part of protest across the state against the attack by the members of Hindu outfit group on girls in Mangalore's home stay recently, a protest was organized here in Bhatkal by the members of Bhatkal unit of Congress and submitted a memorandum to Governor through Assistant Commissioner. They demanded ban on such outfits and strongly condemned the act of violence carried out by members of Hindu Jagran Vedike. They demanded immediate arrest of those who involved in this violence and blamed ruling BJP for this type of attacks on helpless and women.

On this occasion, Bhatkal Block Congress President, Mr Vittal Naik, Youth Congress President Mr Kumar Naik, ZP member Mr Albert, Mr Jaishree Moger, Ms Asha Diaz, Mr Rama Moger, and others were present.
