Special drive to enroll names in voters list on Feb 23, 24 and March 2, 3

Bhatkal 23 February 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In the wake of the upcoming Lok Sabha assembly general elections, the state government have organised a special drive to register, correct names into the voters list on February 23, 24 and on March 2, 3 at all polling booths across the state , a press release by Tahsildar informed. The Special drive to enroll voters into the list is for the individuals who’s names are missing from the voters list and for the individuals who have completed 18 years of age as on 1st Jan 2019. The documents that are required to submit for enrollment of voter ID includes a filled-in form no-6 issued by Bhoot Level Officer (BLO), A latest passport size photos, a photo copy of parents/guardian voter ID, Ration card/Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card or any other document showing age and address proof. Local Muslim Socio-Political Organisation Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem also requested people to those who’s names are missing in the voters list to make use of the drive and enroll themselves in voters list as soon as possible.
