Sneha Special School's students win prizes at state level athletic meet

Bhatkal 28 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Students of Sneha Special School, Bhatkal, participated in the state level athletic meets for special kids, that was held at Mangala stadium of Mangaluru on November 27, Tuesday.
The students also bagged a few prizes in different events including running and other sports. A total of eight students participated in the various events, organised at the meet.
Among the winners, Ukkash bagged second prize in running while Abubaker Subhan, fourth place in running among age group 16-21. The two special kids also secure third and fourth place in Throw Tennis Ball games.
In another category bearing students above 21 years, Manohar Naik and Vijay Kumar bagged third and fourth place in 200 mtrs running, while Yasir Arafat bagged fourth position in 400 mtrs running.
Speaking to Bhatkallys.com Principal of Sneha Special School added that the students have a long way to go as their counterparts from other schools were well trained for the competitions and her students did wonderfully well without much training. She congratulated students on their achievement.
