Skills and hard work key in finding career opportunities in India amidst gulf crisis, say Nazeer Ahmed Kazi to Bhatkallys.com

Bhatkal 11 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) "Skills and hard work with a little bit of luck is the key to success while finding career opportunities in India amidst the gulf economic crisis which has led to loss of employment to hundreds of our youngsters" Nazeer Ahmed Qazi, Pre-cast installation manager at an Indo-American Engineering company KEF-Katerra in Bengaluru, said in an exclusive interview with Bhatkallys.com on Sunday.
Hailing from Bhatkal, Nazeer did his schooling from Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen and completed his engineering from Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) (Anjuman Engineering College then) in 1987 before moving to Dubai for employment in 1990.
Nazeer worked in Dubai in several engineering companies including Emirates Precast Construction LLC where he served as a manager for 21 years before settling back in India in 2017, to join Indo-American company KEF-Katerra as precast installation manager, where he is serving currently. KEF-Katerra is the same company which has the tender of constructions of Indira canteens including one at Bhatkal.
Bhatkallys.com in an exclusive interview with Nazeer shared ideas on various issues and discussed possible ways and opportunities for local youngsters in Indian market.
Nazeer who is also a Hafiz-e-Quran added that "Students should choose courses which suits their area of interest and not going by what the market is demanding, it is Allah who gives the rizq, not the courses, so I will request youngsters to choose courses that best suits their area of interest not what the market demands".
"India is a vast market, it is not some small country or market, so you have alot of options and opportunities to try your hand, you should only have the required skills and dedication to work hard and move ahead with a little bit of luck" he further added.

Nazeer who has recently been elected as the Vice-President of Idara Tarbiat-e-Ikhwan a organisation that runs couple of educational institutions including New Shams School said "We have all got something from the society and community and it is our duty to give something back to it, so even I want to contribute to my community and the society" he added when asked what is his motivation behind working so actively in Bhatkal in ITI, or Jamat-e-Islami Hind and whichever other commitments he has.
Towards the end of the interview Nazeer added to conclude that "We should all work to please Almighty Allah, whatever we do he should be pleased with us, that is the ultimate goal of our lives, and that is what makes us successful both in the world and hereafter".
