BEO said that as far as new admissions under RTE were concerned this year, according to the new government circular, the dates for online application with some new rules and regulations was June 24 to July 8, 2020. But this time very few students have been admitted. Students who have already received a seat in the school after applying online should immediately get admission in the relevant school from September 1-10, 2020. According to a circular issued online by the government, schools have been instructed to convey all the details obtained from student guardians to the education officer by September 1-10, 2020. Responding to the question asked by the delegation on RTE and other facilities provided to private school students over the last few years, the BEO handed over the list of schools and informed them that all the facilities would be provided to the students studying under RTE this year as in the past. He said that action would be taken against the school if a complaint was received against the facilities provided by the government.
