Shaheen Maghdoom Bhatkal sets an example of Brotherhood

Bhatkallys News Service Bhatkal 28 July 2016: A local Sports club of Bhatkal Shaheen Maghdoom won over the hearts of many people by setting an example and promoting brotherhood which had been one of the major factor in the spreading of Islam over centuries. In this unique gesture by the youths of the organization they supplied cold drinks to hundreds of non-believers who had been out in the shiny heat of sun to celebrate one of their local festival called Maari Habba. Going by the tradition that has been running from the time unknown, hundreds of people gathered near Maghdoom colony to witness the idol of their god to be taken for disbursing in a nearby sea. Looking at the heat local leader of the club, Sadiq Matta, Mukhtar, Israr Jamsheer and other led from the front with their youth volunteers to distribute cold drinks among the gathered people. This Noble act must have definitely sent a message to all the Non-believers that Islam is a religion of Peace and brotherhood, and we Muslims are and will be the first to lend all our support to them whenever possible. May Allah accept this effort from our youth and make it a source of inspiration for others, and may Allah make it a reason for Non-Believers to look into the concept of Islam.
