Schools, Colleges to remain closed on August 7 in Uttara Kannada District

Karwar: Schools and Colleges in Uttara Kannada District will remain closed on Wednesday, a order from Uttara Kannada Deputy Commissioner informed on Tuesday evening.
Coastal Karnataka has been witnessing continuous heavy showers of rain from Saturday forcing all the three coastal districts of the state to declare holiday to all schools and colleges.
On Tuesday, schools and PU Colleges in Bhatkal had declared “precautionary holiday” on the orders of Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner Sajid Ahmed Mulla.
