RV Deshpande flags off Karavali Marathon at Karwar

Karwar 09 December 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) District in Charge Minister and Karnataka Revenue minister RV Deshpande on Sunday flagged off the Karavali Marathon organised as a part of Karavali Utsava, here at Tagore beach of Karwar. The marathon sponsored by Aditya Birla Grasim Industries divided into three categories of 21km, 10km and 3km distance. During the inaugural program Minister Deshpande spoke on the event and urged the participants to uphold the sportsman spirit during the race. PB Dixit of Aditya Birla, M Sheshaiah of Kaiga Nuclear plant, Admiral KJ Kumar, DC SS Nakul and others were present during the event. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
