RTI workshop in Bhatkal on Sunday; registration open till midnight today

Bhatkal 3 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Association for protection of civil rights (APCR) is set to organise a one-day workshop on Right to Information (RTI) on Sunday 3 November here at Rabita hall in Bhatkal. Prominent RTI activist of Karnataka Shafi Ahmed Shaikh of Gulbarga who is also the state convener of APCR will be the resource person of the workshop which is limited to only 40 registration based on the interest of applicants in RTI. Social workers, students and teachers are all part of the workshop, which will be followed by a valedictory event cum legal awareness program for public in the evening at 4.45 pm sharp. "We want to equip our socially active people with the power of RTI ass it is a weapon in the democracy like India" Moulana Zubair SM.
