RSS activist dies after falling from bike, Saffronists calls it a murder

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Ismail Zaorez Hassan 20 Jan 2018: Over-speeding and reckless driving resulted in the death of a 20 years old RSS activist near Asirkere here in Hassan district on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Sunil, who was also the co-convener of RSS Hassan District. According to the sources, Sunil was returning from Guthinakere Jathra when he reportedly lost control over the wheels and skidded off road resulting in him sustaining serious head injuries and later his death. The police after preliminary analysis of the accident spot confirmed that it looked like an accident, but the RSS activists and the family of Sunil pressurized the police to file a complaint of murder on the basis of complaint from his father. The police then sent the body to Hassan for post-mortem. The police later also allowed the RSS to keep his body at their office for public viewing. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
