Royal Cup - Day 1: Assadullah beat Al-Hilal, ANFA defeats NSA Manki

Bhatkal - 23 Apr 2012: First day of Royal Cup 2012 saw some very interesting matches as Assadullah defeated Al-Hilal by 4 wickets in the first match while ANFA emerged victorious against NSA Manki in the second encounter.

Electing to bat first, Al-Hilal posted 108 runs for the loss of all wickets. In reply Assadullah reached the target by losing 6 wickets. Qasim of Assadullah team declared man of the match.

In the second match, NSA Manki posted a formidable total of 158 runs but this target fell short against strong ANFA batting line-up. ANFA won the match by 4 wickets.
