Road accident on Shirali NH-17; 3 injured

Bhatkal - 07 Dec 2011: A road accident involving 3 lorries here on Shirali NH-17 near Venkatapur Bridge injured 3 persons. According to the sources, the accident occurred at around 10 pm when Fish lorry bearing registration number GA-08-U-0065 collided with another lorry coming from opposite direction. As a result of this collision, a third lorry which was behind one of the lorry also lost control and rammed into them. The injured have been identified as Ibrahim Shaikh, Shikappa and Yuresh.

All injured have been shifted to Bhatkal Govt Hospital.
