Road accident on National Highway near Ranginkatte; 3 injured

Bhatkal - 17 Sep 2012: 3 persons injured two of them seriously when the bike they were riding collided each other near Ranginkatte on National Highway. The incident took place yesterday evening at around 9:30 pm when both the bike riders were trying to overtake each other. The injured have been identified as Rayyan Jukaku, Ganapati Krishnaiah Devadiga (Tailor) and Ishwar Devadiga. Rayyan was admitted to Bhatkal Govt Hospital while the other two, who were critically injured in the accident, have been rushed to Manipal Hospital.

A case has been registered at Bhatkal police station and the investigation is going on.
