Road accident near Gulmi cross, Bhatkal; 2 injured

Bhatkal - 10 Feb 2012: 2 persons injured when the bike they were riding was hit by speeding truck near Gulmi cross here in Bhatkal. Both injured were rushed to Govt Hospital and later shifted to Kundapur. According to the sources, the incident took place at around 12 noon when a lorry coming from opposite direction hit the bike. The injured have been identified as Mohammed Rafique (29) and Mustafa (28) from Gulmi. Bhatkal town PSI, Mr Prakash Devadiga and other police officials visited the spot and registered a case against lorry driver.
