RNS organizes free medical camp for senior citizens

RNS organizes free medical camp for senior citizens in Murudeshwar 13 Aug 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: RNS in coordination with Vijaya Bank organized a free medical camp for senior citizens here in RNS  Hospital, Murudeshwar. Speaking at the occasion, Mr Mankal Vaidya, who inaugurated the camp, expressed that this camp is very beneficial for senior citizens and hence they should derive maximum gain out of it. Also speaking at the occasion, Dr Bhavani Shankar, Medical Officer - RNS Hospital, said that those who have crossed the age of 40 should do a monthly health check-up to get informed about the diseases one is suffering from and if there are any findings then one can take prompt action to cure the disease. The program was presided over by Shalini Shetty. In this camp, many elderly persons were diagnosed and were provided with beneficial advices. On this occasion, Lions Club President Philip Almeda, Vijay Bank Officer M. R. Naik, and others were present.
