Bhatkal - 05 July 2011: Bhatkal Taluka Journalist Association felicitated famous Journalist and Author, Dr V Saraf on the occasion of 'Journalism Day' here at his residence in Shirali. Dr Saraf has played an active role in eliminating social evils through his writings.
