RBI Young Scholars Award & Scholarship

New Delhi - Reserve Bank of India Invites online applications from eligible young Indian students to select for theRBI Young Scholars Award Scheme 2012to generate interest in and awareness about the Indian banking sector and RBI. Under this scheme Reserve Bank of India will conduct a countrywide competitive examination and award scholarship for the selected 150 young scholars. Selected candidates are engaged to work on projects in selected offices of RBI for 2 to 3 months and will be remunerated a consolidated stipend of Rs. 7500/- p.m. + boarding and lodging (Outstation Awardees) during the duration of the project.

Please Note Exam can be given in URDU Language also & there isNO Exam Fee.

Total Scholarships:150

Age Limit:18 to 23 years.

Stipend:During their project period with the RBI, they will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs.7500/- per head. For broken periods, the amount will be calculated on aprorata basis.

Qualifications:10 + 2. Students currently pursuing graduation in any discipline from a recognised University can apply.
