Raichur Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind delegation felicitates Maulana Maqbool Kobatte on AIMPLB membership

Bhatkal: May, 17 (Bhatkallys News Bureau)  A delegation from the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, Raichur visited the office of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal to congratulate Maulana Maqbool Ahmed on his recent election as a member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB).

Expressing their joy and admiration, the delegation said that Maulana Maqbool Ahmed’s inclusion in the national body is a moment of great pride not just for Bhatkal, but for the entire state of Karnataka. They lauded his contributions as a respected religious scholar and Principal of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, a prominent Islamic educational institution in the region.

During the visit, the delegation honoured the Maulana with a shawl and also presented him with a letter of appreciation.

Among those present on the occasion were Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Nadvi, President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind Raichur, Maulana Muhammad Yunus Qasmi, President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind Tarikere, Maulana Nizamuddin, Lecturer of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, Master Abdul Sami, and other dignitaries.
