Pregnant woman tests positive for COVID-19 in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 8 April 2020: A pregnant Woman on Wednesday tested positive for Covid-19, taking the toll of COVID-19 patients in Bhatkal to nine. As per reports, the husband of the pregnant woman recently arrived from Dubai. He landed at Mumbai and after reaching Bhatkal, he was kept under home Qurantine. However, his throat swab sample tested negative for Corona Virus. The 24 year old woman, who is five month-pregnant is currently admitted to Bhatkal Government Hospital while the throat swab sample of her husband is sent for retest. And he has been sent to Qurantine at Government Hospital, Bhatkal. The Toll of COVID-19 patients has reached to 9, while 2 patients have reportedly recovered
