Prakash Raj on Gauri's killers hitlist; Actor says voice will grow stronger

Bengaluru: Investigations into the Lankesh murder case had revealed that actor Prakash Raj too was on the hitlist of Gauri's killers. Responding to the news, the actor, who has been immensely critical of the ruling central government has said that his voice will grow stronger. “Bengaluru: Gauri killers planned to eliminate actor Prakash Rai, reveals SIT probe… ….Look at the narrative to silence voices.. my VOICE will grow more STRONGER now .. you cowards …do you think you will get away with such HATE POLITICS,” tweeted Raj. Recently names of several thinkers including Jnanpeetha awardee Girish Karnad was revealed to have been a part of the hitlist. Gauri Lankesh, a Left-leaning journalist, and a strong Hindutva critic was shot dead from a close range by motorcycle-borne assailants in front of her house on September 5 last year.
