Bhatkallys News Bureau/ I. Zaorez Shabab Mangaluru 27 Nov 2017: "Siddaramaiah-led congress government in Karnataka has implemented good governance while MP Shobha Karandlaje and others are wasting their times in criticizing the CM for not including the picture of Dr B R Ambedkar in a banner. Last four and half years has seen the CM implementing people-friendly schemes. Our Government has always been following the constitution. PM Modi and other ministers should learn from Siddaramaiah how to govern,” said Minister for food and civil supplies U T Khader in Mangaluru in a press conference on Monday. A few days back MP Sbhobha Karandlaje had criticized Siddaramaiah for not including picture of Dr. BR Ambedkar in a banner of constitution day. He further said the MP was diverting minds of people by criticizing CM. Speaking of the BJP demanding resignation of KJ George and Vinay Kulkarni, Khader said "Even Yogi Adityanath has cases registered against him, so there is no point of asking resignation of George and Kulkarni." “GST was good policy but it was wrongly implemented throughout the country. People were left facing all the problems due to GST. Modi government is taking U-turn on GST now, the food department has been instructed to monitor the reduction of prices on food commodities according to the changes in GST. If the shopkeepers do not oblige, we are going to file cases against them,” Khader said.
