PFI's Social Justice Conference at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi

New Delhi: The National Conference organized by Popular front of India is started in Ramlila Maidan today. Popular Front of India chairman EM Abdulrahiman hosted the flag in presence of thousands of participants. The Maidain has stood testimony to several historic events since Independence. This social conference for justice by Popular Front is set to write into the annals of the Indian history . The Milli Council's Convention "Together for Empowerment for Future" kicked off at 10am inaugurated the series of events for the Conference.

The Fetehpur Shahi Masjid Imam Mufti Mohammed Mukarram inaugurated the Convention. The Samajwadi Party National Secretary Kamal Farooqi, Mill Gazette Editor Zafarul Islam Khan, MLA Shuhaib Iqbal, All India Babri Masjid Action Convenor Adv. Safariab Jeelaani, Aligarh Univ Prof Arshi Khan, SDPI Gen Secretary A. Saeed, Prof. Nesnin Begum, Hamdrad University Assistant Professort Safiya Hameera, Hafiz Manosor Ali Khan, Naviyd Hamid, Adv. Badrul Haq, Maulana Shahid Siddiqui, Bhara-u-Barki presented their views.

The leaders stressed the need for the Muslim Community to form Political & Social pressure groups. Muslim should political empower and help in Nation building following the legacy of Muslim rule in India.

The Convention passed the following resolution:

The first day saw many thousands from various corners of India attending. The convention opined that the Popular Front should advance as the platform for a consolidated effort for empowerment.
