PFI Bhatkal takes out rally themed "Healthy People, Healthy Nation"

November 06, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: In a bid to create public awareness on the importance of physical and mental health, Popular Front of India's Bhatkal unit took out a rally through the town as part of their National Public Health Campaign. The rally commenced at around 4:30pm from Khaleefa street and passing through Jamia Masjid, Chowk Bazar, and Bhatkal Main Road it finally terminated at the Tahsildar's office. In the rally, PFI cadres gave demonstrations on environmental protection, disease prevention, yoga, physical exercises and right food habits. The aim of PFI's National Public Health Campaign is to create public awareness about the importance of physical and health care and also people’s role in keeping the environment clean, pollution free and hygienic. - ARF
