People should come out fearlessly and vote, police department will take care of everything: Bhatkal CPI

Bhatkal 29 March 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bhatkal Police on Thursday marched a rally from Jali road till Masjid-e- Abu Hanifa near Rural Police Station in the wake of forthcoming Lok Sabha Election.
About 100 police personnel took marched the streets led by Bhatkal Sub-Division Dy.SP Valentine D’Souza in a bid to show strength and dedication of the department to maintain the law and order during the election.
Bhatkal CPI, Ganesh KL, while speaking to Bhatkallys.com over phone call said “We marched the streets to let people know that we are committed to make sure a free and fair election and that they need not be afraid of any element. Everyone should come out fearlessly and vote. We are here to take care of everything”.
Bhatkal Rural PSI Ravi, Town PSI Kusumadhara and several other personnel were part of the rally along with CPI and Dy.SP.
Bhatkal will have polling day on April 23, the second phase of two phased election in the state.
