Parents teachers meet held at Anjuman Degree college Bhatkal

Bhatkal: Anjuman Degree College & PG Centre and Anjuman PU college for Men on 30th Aug. 2015 organized a Parent-Teachers Meet at the auditorium of Anjuman Degree College & PG Centre. A large number of parents attended the meeting.
The College Principals explained the purpose of the meeting and stressed the need of parental participation in improving the standard of education. The College senior lecturers also stressed the need to improve attendance and being regular to the timings of the college.
The parents interacted with the teachers and wanted the College to send Attendance and progress of the students regularly so that they are aware of the performance of their children. On this occasion, parents of PU College students demanded transport facility for boys as the students being under-age aren't permitted to drive two wheelers. The parents also suggested to improve the quality of education with regular workshops/seminars to improve the language, communication skills and personality.
The President Jb. Jukaku Abdul Rahim, General Secretary Jb. Kasimji Ansar and College Secretary Jb. Armar Javed and other office bearers were present in the Meeting.
Anjuman has been holding these Parent teacher Meetings periodically in its Institutions so that the communication gap between parents and teachers could be minimised and parental involvement in improving the standard of education be bettered.
