Panel Discussion held at Shams School

Bhatkal - 27 July 2011: A Panel Discussion on the topic 'Who is Responsible for Deterioration of Society?' was held here at Shams English Medium High School, Jamia Abad Road, Bhatkal.

According to the press release, Cultural Committee & Urdu Department of Shams conducts this kind of panel discussion every year to develop debating skills in students and to update their knowledge on current affairs.

6 panelists from different backgrounds took part in the panel discussion which was co-ordinated by Dr Haneef Shabab. The program was presided over by Mr Qadir Meeran Patel.

Several causes for Deterioration of Society including wrong use of Internet, Mobile Phones, Admissions in Professional Colleges, Immoral activities, Nudity, Inexperienced homemakers, House without guardian, Father doing employment in gulf without attending his children for a long time etc were discussed and the students have also interacted with the panelists.

The program was concluded with the presidential address of Mr Qadir Meeran Patel.
