Orrisa man working with IRB in Bhatkal, commits suicide

Murdeshwar 24 January 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) An IRB constructions’ daily wage laborer, who attempted suicide citing personal reasons on January, 17,  by drinking rat poison, breathed his last on Wednesday here at Wenlock hospital of Mangaluru. The deceased Sameer Roy (27) hails from Orissa and was currently residing in Bangaramakki near Murdeshwar and was working with IRB constructions here. According to the sources, Sameer on January 17, had an verbal altercation with his wife over phone for some personal reasons and later attempted suicide by drinking rat poison. After first aid at a local hospital, he was rushed to Wenlock hospital at Mangaluru. However, on Wednesday January 23, he breathed his last at the hospital. A case has been registered at Murdeshwar police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
