Orientation program held at AITM

Bhatkal - 07 Sep 2012: The orientation program for the new recruits that included girl students of Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management was held on the 1stSeptember 2012. It was a happening moment in the annals of the college where for the first time the girl students were part of such an event. The office-bearers of the Governing Council of the college, members of AHM, principal, staff, students, parents of the students and other invitees were present in the program.
Speaking on the occasion, Janab Abdul Raheem Jukaku, G.S. AHM, mentioned that the college had good facilities and dedicated faculty to impart technical education. Principal in-charge Dr. H. Uday Prasanna congratulated the freshers for choosing AITM as their course of study and assured them all possible help. Heads of various branches of Engineering highlighted the facilities in their respective departments and mentioned the academic requirements for the first year students. Dr. Abdul Mujeebu, Dirctor, R. & D. and P.G. Studies, asked the students to be disciplined, sincere and hard working and mentioned that the ambience and environment of the campus was conducive for technical education. Janab Ismail Damudi, Vice President-II of AHM and Janab Abubaker Kashimji, Secretary AITM were among the dignitaries who attended the function. Janab Kashimji Md. Ansar Sahab, Vice-President-I of AHM, who presided over the function lauded the efforts of the Management, faculty and staff in creating the Brand Image of the college and reiterated the strong resolve of the Anjuman to provide quality education irrespective of religion, region, cast and creed. Prof Mushtaq Ahmed. B. welcomed the gathering and Prof. M.N. Hiremath proposed the vote of Thanks.
