Job-1:

Detailed Role: Engineering Manager

More than 10 years experience in software development

Exceptional technical manager responsible for a core team
of C++/Java engineers.

Experienced in expanding and managing a high performance
development team, including: hiring, mentoring and retaining
talented team members

Must be a strong people manager. Prefer at least 5 years of
management experience with teams of 10 or more.

Should possess good attitude; Excellent oral and written
communication skills.

Thoroughly understands the software and product development
lifecycles.

Work experience in all phases of systems development
lifecycle - requirements, development, testing, deployment &
providing live support; Will be responsible for design,
develop and support products throughout all phases of the
life cycle;

Job-2:

Detailed Role: Application Architect



Understanding of standards and technologies

(E.g. compare SOAP and XML formats, Web based frameworks
like Spring MVC, JEE container based models)

Understanding of technology options for product development
(SOA, Web services, CORBA, Middleware etc)

Service oriented architecture (SOA) based application
development

Patterns and anti patterns in SOA based development

Understanding of benefits of SOA

Apart from the above, it is expected that the architect has
significant prior hands-on development and design experience
in at least on technology platform

Job-3:QA Manager

Job Description:

10 or more years of industry experience, with good
experience in Sr QA Management position preferably in a
product based company. Job Location: Chennai

QA Manager will establish a team culture of continuous
improvements in products and tools through effective root
cause analysis and effective solutions and implementation of
the same to align the goals for him and his team.

Manage the entire QA team comprising of QA Engineers and
Technical Leads that would work closely with the Global
Technology teams on product Testing Release and support.

Should possess strong technical skills in product
development life cycle with previous experience working on
testing complex, multithreaded applications written in C++,
Java and adequate automation tools knowledge Silk, STF,
Python, Perl and Selenium.

Strong people management skills, with a track record of
hiring and growing talented Quality Assurance engineers.

Job-4

Detailed Role:QA manager

Minimum 10 yrs of experience in IT out of which 6 yrs in is
Testing (Manual and Automation)

Experience managing multiple teams and teams with 10-20
people

Good people management skills.

Exposure to Unix/Windows environment
