Open Letter To Anant Kumar Hegde from Advocate P. A. Hameed

Subject: Regarding your derogatory and provocative statement against Islam, and strong condemnation for this.

Dear Mr. Hegde,

I saw & watched your derogatory & hate-mongering statement in various news papers , channels & other electronic media, which compelled me to write this letter to you.

In the beginning, I, alongwith the feelings of other fellow Muslims & sympathisers, condemn your irresponsible & withering statement against Islam & Muslims.

The press meet you conducted in Sirsi (in your Loka Sabha Constituency) in Uttara Kannada on Sunday, 28-Feb-2016 with the  intention of abusing Islam & provocating its followers was totally venomous & against the socio-democratic fabric of India. I never expected such loose & poisonous talk from a responsible person like you...

I had two extreme views when I started writing this letter. FIRSTLY, I would use the same language but with different tone that you used in the Sunday's press meet. SECONDLY, I would use the expression that my beloved Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh), who was the last & final messenger of ISLAM, taught his nation in particular and entire mankind in general that contained both straightforwardness & healing message.

I opted for the second one. Because, I want to be straightforward to your face that what your action & what you said was totally intolerant & insult to the GOD's Religion & its followers.

Besides, I want you to open your mind to the right message of Islam so that you can take back your derisive language & seek apology from the entire Muslims.

Mr. Hegde, I want to make clear to you that no any force in the world can wipe out ISLAM nor hijack it; Because it is the Religion of the GOD, who Himself take care of it. We are only trying to discharge our duties in His Religion. So, I advise you not to dream such bizzare & hardest crunches, because ISLAM had seen a lot of  Pharaohs & Phythons in its long past.

Now let me analyse your view on Terrorism with ISLAM. I am really struggling hard to understand your psyche that linked ISLAM with terrorism. Where you got this poisonous & scornful notion?. I don't say that Hinduism has taught you this because it always says-"Sarve Jana Sukhino Bhavanthu". It treats the human beings with high regards & declares- "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam".

Despite this, if the terrorists like Nathuram Godse, Sadhvi Pragya Singh, Swami Asimanand, Lt. Col. Sashikanth Purohit, Col. Upadhyaya & many others had shed the blood in the name of Hindu religion, then I don't blame Hinduism for the blunders they committed with their distorted understanding of Hinduism, because they took Hinduism as a shield to preseve their mistaken cultural, & political exist. We can find many such people, who are going against "Maha Upanishad" (Adhyaya 6, Shloka 72) in India.

I hope that Mr. Hegde surely agree this point. Having said these, ISLAM is the Religion of peace & has nothing to do with terrorism that you said. So long as Light & Darkness doesn't exist together, ISLAM & terrorism can't cohabit. ISLAM is the Light that lights the world completely even if it is attempted to extinguish. It is the one & only Religion that upholds "Oneness & Uniqueness of the GOD, and human values to its real height. "Humanity" took its real meaning when the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) revolutionized the warring nations & communities for the positive change through the tool of ISLAM.

It is the Religion that says-"Killing a single human being is as if killing the entire mankind and Saving a single human is as if saving a whole mankind". It is the only Religion, which asserts that the entire mankind is the children of a single parents.

It is also true that it is the only Religion that says he is not true believer (Muslim) when his neighbor (irrespective of religion, caste, nation etc) is not safe from his words or deeds. It is the mandate of ISLAM that a non-Muslim under the protection or neighbor of Muslim should be soundly safeguarded. If you find Purohit or Upadhyaya or Pragya Singh in ISLAM, then ISLAM is not responsible for that as long as Hinduism is not at all liable for their 'Twisted' ideology & terrorist acts.

Whatever I said above about ISLAM, it is clearly authenticated in QURAN or the Tradition of the Beloved Prophet ( Pbuh).

So, I advise you to be free from cloudy mind that never get you to positive & progressive change, and  study the Islamic references as I referred above without any prejudice & pre-conceived notion. Let not your wrong cultural & political desire make you hate-mongering & blind to the Truth.

Finally, after reading my this Letter, I hope that you are obliged to withdraw your despicable words in its entirety & ask apology from the entire Muslims for your grave blunder & to give due respect to the Constitution of my country-INDIA.
