One killed on the spot in bus-bike collision in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 26 May 2019:(Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bhatkal man died on the spot in a road accident between a private bus and two wheeler at NH-66 near Venktapur of Shirali in the wee hours of Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Venkatesh Lakshman Moger, a resident of Karikal.
According to sources, the incident occurred when a private bus heading towards Mumbai from Mangaluru collided with Venkatesh’s Activa killing him instantly on the spot.
According to the sources Venkatesh was running a mobile shop in Malpe to look after the needs of his family.
The deceased’s body was soon shifted to Bhatkal Government Hospital for post-mortem.
A case has been registered at Bhatkal Rural Police Station.
