One killed another injured in a road accident at Murdeshwar NH 66

Murdeshwar 1 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) One person was killed while another sustained injuries when a two wheeler rammed into a swift car at NH-66 of Murdeshwar on Saturday. The Deceased has been identified as Devu Marate (30) while the injured has been identified as Chandra Marate (28), both resident of Uttara Koppa of Murdeshwar. As per the sources, when the victims were riding their way towards Bhatkal from Uttara Koppa on TVS heavy duty, they crashed their vehicle into an oncoming swift car. The impact of the accident left one dead on the spot while the pillion riders sustained severe injuries. Chandra was immediately rushed to the nearest Hospital, while Devu's body was shifted to Bhatkal government hospital for post mortem. A case has been registered at Murdeshwar police station.
