One dead in a road accident at Honnavar

Honnavar 7 February 2019: A 26 year old man died on the spot after colliding with a IRB truck at Sharavathi bridge of Honnavar on Thursday.
The deceased has been Identified as Jolly Frank Fernandes(26), a resident of Kasarkod.
According to the sources, Jolly was returning from Honnavar to Kasarkod when the incident took place. The truck rammed into him from behind, and as a result he died on the spot.
Local police rushed to the spot and shifted his body to Government hospital of Honnavar for the post mortem.
A case has been registered at Honnavar police station.
