Officials inspect motor boats ahead of free kerosene distribution in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 24 October 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) With an intention of providing Kerosene to fishermen, the personnel of fisheries department following the orders of District administration on Tuesday conducted inspection on motor boats here at Mogerkeri of Mundalli. The boats which were deemed fit for sailing in the waters, and having better motors were registered with numbers. About 174 boats along with their documents were verified and approved during the inspection. Kumta’s Assistant Director of Fisheries department Prateek, Personnel of Karnataka fisheries development corportion (KFDC) and others were present during the inspection. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
