New Islamic website launched

Riyadh: A function was held on Friday, 4th January 2013 to launch the Islamic website (www.najeebqasmi.com) of Maulana Mohammed Najeeb Qasmi in Riyadh. The function started with the Tilawat-e-Qur’an by Qari Shamshad Qasmi, conducted by Maulana Inam-ul-Haque Qasmi and presided over by Maulana Ehteshamul-Haque. After the Tilawat-e-Qur’an, Maulana Dr. Uzair Ahmed Qasmi (General Secretary, Markazi Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, New Delhi) launched the newly developed website (www.najeebqasmi.com) by clicking the computer. Later, the moderator of the website (www.najeebqasmi.com) Maulana Mohammed Najeeb Qasmi discussed the minutes of the website in detail. Later Dr. Hafeezur-Rahman Falahi, Janab Akhtarul-Islam Nadwi, Dr. Sarwar Hussain and Maulana Dr. Uzair Ahmed Qasmi spoke to the gathering and highlighted the usefulness of the newly launched website. This website basically has been developed to present his more than 100 articles on various topics in a categorized way, to make an electronic library easily accessible to general readers and to highlight the contribution of Ulama of the Indian subcontinent made for Qur’an and Hadith. A large number of alumnies from different Islamic Madarsas, Jamia Millia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University and some other institutes attended the program. Some of them were Dr. Shehroz Alam, Eng.
