New ASP for Bhatkal; IPS Nikhil Bullavar takes charge

Bhatkal 7 September 2019: As Bhatkal DySP Valentine D'souza has been transferred to IGP office at Mangaluru, Nikhil Bullavar IPS has taken Charge as the New ASP of Bhatkal. A 2017 IPS batch topper Nikhil hails from Chitradurga District of Karnataka. During his Probation period he served as ASP of Raichur. Nikhil who has completed his engineering at BMS College of Engineering at Bengaluru has cleared his UPSC Exam in the 2nd attempt by securing 107th Rank.
