Nawayat Mehfil successfully organizes Nawayati singing competition

17th May 2013 / Press release / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A Nawayati singing competition was organized yesterday evening after Isha prayers by Nawayat Mehfil at Tanzeem ground (opposite Rabita society). Program began at around 9:30 pm with Quran recitation by Syed Jamal. Thereafter, Nazeef Manegar and his partners sang the Nawayat Mehfil anthem. On this occasion, Mustafa Tabish Sahab presented the presidential speech and said that the objective of Nawayat Mehfil is to create awareness on Nawayati language to the new generation and teach them the correct way of speaking the language. He further said that this program is a part of this objective and such programs will constantly be organized by Nawayat Mehfil in future too. In this Nawayati singing competition two groups were made with ten participants in each group and they sang delightful songs and entertained the audiences. Program ended at 12:30 pm with the announcement by Nufail Damudi and thank-you words by Sadiq Asarmatta Saheb. On this occasion, a huge gathering of people were present.
