Nawayat Mehfil hosts grand Eid party at Mango Farm

21 Aug 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A Grand Eid party was hosted by Nawayat Mehfil at Hotel Zafran, Mango Park. The function began with speech by Assistant Secretary Maulana Jafer Faqui Nadvi. Thereafter, Irfan Katangeri presented the Nawayat Mehfil anthem. Program convenor Dr Mohammed Haneef Shabab presented the welcome speech and Mohammed Sadiq Asarmatta gave an introduction about Nawayat Mehfil to the audience. Speaking on the occasion of this function, SM Syed Khaleel-ur-Rahman said that our new generation is mixing English words while speaking Nawayati, although there is no similarity between our culture and that of the English. He praised and congratulated the efforts by Nawayat Mehfil in keeping the Nawayati language alive. Apart from them, Abdul Rehman Mohatisham and other guests presented their feedback. Nawayat Mehfil Chairman Syed Abdullaah Lanka gave the presidential speech. The programme concluded with parting words by Maulana Abdul Aleem Qasmi.
