National-Level Kabaddi League all set to begin in Bhatkal on Dec 10

October 26, 2015 | Rizwan Gangavaly | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: "The aim of organizing a national-level Kabaddi League in Bhatkal is to promote Kabaddi in the district and cleanse the negative image of Bhatkal" said Asadullaah Association's Chairman Inayatuallaah Shabandari at a meeting held between Heads of Sports Centers at Rabita's Kazia Hasan Hall Monday evening. As per Karnataka Rajya Amateur Kabaddi Association's decision, the tournament will commence on December 10 2015 and conclude on December 13, 2015, he announced. To make the tournament successful, a committee has been formed in which District-Incharge R V Deshpande will serve as Honorary President and Syed Khaleelur Rehman Honorary Vice-President, he added. Karnakata CM Siddaramaiah and RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav are expected to participate as Chief Guests in the function, he said. - ARF
