National level Atya-Patya concludes today

Bhatkal: National level Atya-Patya competition which was being held since past two days at Guru Sudheendra College concluded today. In the boys section, Karnataka team emerged victorious, while Pondicherry won the girls section. Pondicherry, Maharashtra, and UP came runners-up in the boys section with 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively. Karnataka team's Amogh Chechadi was awarded the best player in the boys section.
In the girls section, Maharashtra, Karnataka and UP came runners-up with 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively. Maharashtra team's Kalyani Bindyawar was awarded the best player in the girls section. The winning teams and star players were awarded medals by Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya. On this occasion, Bhatkal's legendary player Inayatullaah Shabandari and Atya-Payta association's members were present.
