"Nanna Arivna Parvadi” book launched in Bengaluru during joint event of Shanti Prakashna, JIH

Bengaluru: 28 September 2023 (Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Press Release) In an event that took place at the BIFT Auditorium in Bengaluru Yogesh Master's book titled "Nanna Arivna Parvadi" was launched here in the city on Thursday. The event was organized by Shanti Prakashna Mangalore in collaboration with the "Seerat-ul-Nabi (PBUH) campaign on the theme 'Architect of Human Equality - Prophet Mohammed' of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Karnataka.
The book launch was graced by the presence of Chiranjeevi Singh, Retired Chief Secretary of the Government of Karnataka, who officially released the book. Singh highlighted that the book's unique focus was not on a conventional biography of the Prophet but rather on emotions and experiences. He emphasized the book's core purpose, which aimed to deepen the understanding of the teachings of various prophets and the universal message of unity transcending religions. Singh also underscored the central theme of "Sarva Janngada Shanitya tota" (Peace for All Humanity) within the book.
Recognizing the declining reading habits in today's society, Charan Jeevi Singh advocated for the digital dissemination of the book and proposed its translation into multiple languages to reach a broader audience.
Raghunath Cha.Ha, Executive Editor of Sudha and Mayura Kanda Monthly, provided commentary on the book. He praised its relevance in imparting essential lessons for building a clean and healthy society, fostering brotherhood, and dispelling myths surrounding Islam and Islamophobia. The book, according to him, underscores that Islam is a religion of peace and human integration. Notably, the book delves into the life of a Prophet, authored by an individual who does not believe in God, adding a unique perspective to its content.
Dr. Vasundhara Bhupathi, former President of Kannada Pustaka Pradhikara, expressed her views on the book's role in promoting peace and tranquility in society. She highlighted how the book explores the teachings of Prophet Mohammed, Basavana Buddha, and Mahavira, enriching our understanding of the impact of religion on personality development.
Dr. Bhupathi emphasized the enduring relevance of Prophet Muhammad's teachings in addressing contemporary global challenges. She encouraged the audience to explore his life and message as a means to find solutions to issues such as conflict resolution, social justice, and sustainable development.
Author Yogesh Master shared his insights, portraying Prophets as guides during times of discrimination and violence. He depicted Prophet Muhammad not only as a spiritual leader but also as a social engineer, scientist, and psychologist. Master highlighted the harmonious convergence of devotion among different faiths.
Mohammad Kunhi, Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Karnataka, introduced Shanti Prakashna's mission to educate Kannada speakers about Islam and dispel misconceptions. The organization's dedication to publishing books that promote harmony among people was underscored.
Dr. Muhammad Saad Balgami, President of Shanti Prakashna and Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Karnataka, delivered the presidential address. He emphasized how the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) can create peace and tranquility in society, making life beautiful and easier. Dr. Balgami urged the audience to study the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
The event commenced with a recitation and translation by Muhammad Abdul Wajid Hussain, and Mohammed Danish served as the convener, while Nawaz of Shanti Prakashna delivered the vote of thanks.
