Mystery shrouds death of youngster in Bhatkal

14th July 2013 / Rizwan Ganguly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A 26-year old youth Girish Devadiga was found dead today at around 2:30 pm under mysterious circumstances in the waste water tank of Parejnan service station situated in front of Kokari Hondas on Bhatkal National Highway. According to sources, Girish, a resident of Shirali, was employed in this service station since many years. Today, his dead body was found in the waste water tank of the service station. There was no clue whatsoever yet regarding his mysterious death. As per the locals, he was suffering from epilepsy and they feel that he might have fallen in the tank after an epileptic attack. As soon as the news reached the police, Bhatkal ASP Sudheer Reddy and Bhatkal rural PSI along with other officers rushed to the spot and initiated the investigation. This case has been registered at Bhatkal Rural Police Station and the corpse has been sent to Bhatkal Government Hospital for autopsy.
