Muslims must love and obey Prophet (SAWS): Dr. Iyad Al Shukri

August 06, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: "The love of Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is an essential aspect of faith and the Muslim’s faith cannot be complete unless he loves the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) more than his own self and all other things beloved to him", these thoughts were expressed by Dr Iyad Al Shukri, Chief Muazzin of Masjid-ul-Nabvi, Madina. He was addressing the audience after Isha prayers at a public function organized by Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem at Miliya Masjid, Nawayat Colony. Under the light of Quranic ayats and authenticated Hadeeth, the esteemed guest declared love of prophet as a vital component of faith and said that as Muslims we should always instill fear of almighty Allaah in our hearts wherever we may be. Muslims should follow up a bad deed with a good deed and behave well towards the people, he urged. The program began with recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an by Abdur Rahman Iyad Al Shukri. Maulana Iqbal Naite welcomed the guests and gave introduction about various community organizations in Bhatkal.
