Murdeshwar: Woman commit suicide due to depression over her illness

Murdeshwar 07 April 2018: A 55-year-old woman from Murdeshwar who attempted suicide on Tuesday April 03 due to depression over illness breathed here last at Wenlock hospital of Mangaluru here on Thursday 05 April 2018 .

The deceased has been identified as Erramma Naik resident of Murdeshwar.

According to the Victim’s daughter Neela Raghavendra, her mother Erramma was not well for past 2 months, depressed over it she ate rat poison on 3^rd April around 12:30 pm when no one was at home. Soon she was rushed to Wenlock Hospital of Mangaluru. But on 5^th of April at 7:15 pm she breathed her last.

A case has been registered at Murdeshwar police station
