Murdeshwar: Two dead while one injured in a road accident

Bhatkal 2 June 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Two people died on the spot while one was severly injured after their bike collided with a passenger tempo at NH-66 near Ternamakki of Murdeshwar here on Sunday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Naik (30)and Krishna Naik (60) resident of Sanbavi of Shirali. While the injured has been identified as Krishna Naik. The incident occured when a local tempo was heading towards Bhatkal it rammed into bike that came from the opposite direction at a diversion on National Highway near Tarnamakki. The impact of the accident killed two men on the spot while another pillion rider was severly injured. The injured was soon rushed to Manipal for further treatment. A case has been registered at Murdeshwar Police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
