Murdeshwar: One killed in a road accident at Bastimakki

Murdeshwar 25 April 2018:(Bhatkallys News Bureau) In a tragic road accident that took place on National Highway 66 of Basti Makki near Murdeshwar of Bhatkal between a scooty and a Bulker tanker, one dead on the spot here on Wednesday 25 April 2018.

The deceased has been identified as Ashok Gudighar and the accused Shrinivas Sirisale of Koppala has been taken into custody. The incident took place when the Bulker tanker heading towards Honnavar came towards rightside of the road as a result it rammed into a scooty that was heading in the opposite direction, resulting in the riders death. A case has been registered at Murdeshwar Police station.
