Moulana Jafer Faqui delivers address at Tonse Juma Masjid in Udupi

Udupi: On the 27th night of Ramadan, Moulana Jafer Faqui delivered a special address at Tonse Juma Masjid in Udupi, stressing on the need to carry forward the spiritual discipline cultivated during Ramadan beyond the holy month.

The event, organized by SIO Udupi, was part of a series of programs held during the odd nights of the last Ashara of Ramadan. Moulana Jafer was accompanied by JIH Ameer Maqami Bhatkal, Moulana S M Zubair. Acknowledging the honor of his presence, the organizers also requested him to address the gathering.

The program began with Qirath, followed by a Tafseer of Surah Muminoon by Nihal Kidiyoor, former National Secretary of SIO. Moulana S M Zubair then spoke on the importance of Taqwa (piety) before Moulana Jafer delivered his keynote address, urging the audience to sustain their connection with faith and good deeds beyond Ramadan.

The gathering witnessed a strong turnout of around 200 attendees, including men and women.
