Moulana Ghazali Khateebi passes away in Bhatkal, aged 73

Bhatkal 08 June 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Moulana Ghazali Khateebi, who served the Markaz Nizamuddin Delhi, an organization that works towards spreading Islam for 45 years and a great Muslim scholar of Bhatkal passed away on Friday morning at his residence, aged 73. Graduate of one of the earliest batches of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, Moulana Ghazali started his career as a teacher at the Jamia Islamia and later went to Delhi during his youth to join the Markaz Nizamuddin Delhi to serve it for the rest of his life, a period spanning 45 years. He also played an important role in establishing Tableegh centers in Bhatkal, and setting the tone for it, as he led from the front during its early days.
