Motorcyclist killed on the spot after speeding state-run bus hits him

May 27, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A motorcyclist, identified as Abdul Sattar Shaikh (64), a resident of Jaali Road in Bhatkal, was killed on the spot when his scooter was hit by a speeding state-run bus on Murudeshwar National Highway Wednesday morning, a source informed. According to sources, the victim went to Honnavar early morning to meet his relatives when this accident took place while he was returning back. A case has been registered at Murudeshwar Police Station and the bus driver has been taken into police custody. - ARF
