The International Indian School Jeddah formerly known as the Embassy of India School, was founded in 1969. It made a very humble beginning with a limited number of students, staff and infrastructural facilities in a makeshift area. The objective of establishing the school was to impart quality education to the children of Indian nationals residing in Jeddah. Currently the school is catering to the educational needs of over 12000 students.

New elections for membership of Managing Committee of IISJ 2013, (International Indian School-Jeddah) will be held on 20th June at IISJ Boys section from 9 am to 5 pm Insha-Allah. We would like to inform all the parents of students studying in IISJ, that our member Mohammed Ilyas Momin has submitted his application and shall be contesting for this honorary position. We request all the parents to cast your valuable votes in his favour on 20th June 2013 and let us support him to serve IISJ in this capacity. For your information, he is the first member of the Bhatkal community to stand for this election. It is our duty to vote in his favour, thereby enabling him to serve us through IISJ. He is a man of sound moral values and high ideals. He has a broad minded approach toward education and is impartial in all aspects. Let us join together to give him our full support.
